slr camera notes

first way to control light into a camera is slower shutter=more light to hit the film

second way is through aperture:
smaller aperture=less light
larger aperture=more light.

1 second=slow
1/30=fast
1/1000=very fast

lower the number larger the aperture
higher the number smaller the aperture

shutter speed- aperture- observation


1/60- f/8- blury
1/60 -f/5.6 -blury
1/30 -f/5.6 -blury bright
1/60 -f/22 -dark
1/60 -f/16 -dark
depth of field:
background
forground
smaller aperture=greater depth of field.
larger aperture=smaller depth of field.
